We had a very positive experience with Steve, the Service Technician who recently came out to service our AC unit. He was very personable and professional throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain the condition of our AC unit and even gave me some helpful tips to help cure noise issues we have been having with our heating ducts.

E. Dake is very dependable. They have closed my house for winter and opened it for spring, summer and fall. They take care of any problem they find.

Steve Knapp came to service my furnace. My experience was great. Steve was professional, knowledgeable and resolved a issue with changing my filter. He communicated clearly the service provided. The cost was very reasonable! I would recommend E. Dake to anyone.

E Dake has been our go to for plumbing repair of all our heating, plumbing and A/C systems. They are prompt and neat. I’m very happy with their services. This time it was a leaking hot water pipe. Done and gone in less than an hour.

i explained what i did i un covered it and it was just humming turned it off and it works partially. worker looked at the outside unit and noticed it needed cleaning so he didd that and he did a thermomrter check and tumning like it should ty for your quick work tech was very friendly

Re: Routine Maintenance hydro flush sewer line. Communication was great. Dave was wonderful & respectful of our property. They did a thorough job and provided a detailed report. I've been using Dake since 1998 and have never had any problems with the service.
